On May 9, 2023, we unveiled a large artistic installation near the monument to Soviet soldiers in Warsaw, where the Russian delegation led by the Russian ambassador to Poland planned to lay flowers.

This installation, created by Ukrainian and Polish artists, depicted Ukrainian cities and human lives destroyed by Russia. The so-called ambassador of Russia in Poland, in order to lay flowers at the memorial, had to walk through the symbolic streets of the destroyed Mariupol, past the bombed buildings in Bucha, Irpin, Kherson, and see the price Ukrainians are paying for the barbarity of the state he represents. He had to pass the graves of Ukrainians killed by Russia. We left him no other choice.

Our goal was to show the truth, to break the beautiful propaganda image presented by the Russian media, and to show the Russian people and the whole world the consequences of the Russian genocide in Ukraine. As a result of our action, the terrorist ambassador Andreev could not lay a wreath at the Warsaw cemetery of Soviet soldiers. In the end, the wreath was laid under our installation dedicated to the memory of the victims of Russian aggression.
